The scope of agricultural work:

  • preparation of agricultural land for cultivation in order to enable plants to root and grow,

  • cultivation in order to ensure adequate soil scarifying and aerating,

  • sowing- taking into account the proper depth and spacing between the seeds,

  • fertilisation regulating optimum plant growth,

  • field, row or other types of spraying for protection purposes, also with a reaper-thresher,

  • preparation of crop for transport and storage.

The scope of nursery work

  • comprehensive plantation care of nordmann-fir and other trees and ornamental shrubs, flowers,

  • stopping the growth of the tops of nordmann-fir trees to maintain the appropriate height of the trees,

  • shaping the attractive shape of trees and shrubs,

  • pruning branches,

  • fertilisation in order to regulate the optimum growth of plants,,

  • manual weeding in order to limit the use of chemicals,

  • cutting down plants,

  • netting and transport preparation,

  • loading on pallets.

WHAT KIND OF WORKERS DO WE RECOMMEND?

  • only with a few years’ experience in the profession or industry which is verified by working with our Polish partners;

  • highly motivated for effective and hard work;

  • willing to improve professional qualifications;

  • with knowledge of English or German sufficient for communication abroad;

  • with appropriate certificates and permissions required for certain professions and contracts
    (especially in the welding and electrical-assembly industry) such as TIG, MAG, MMA;

  • with previous experience in contract execution abroad.
